The Gamble Team has made a point to obtain the top specialized training and certification available, inclusive of the Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) Designation. This prestigious designation is awarded to only a select number of real estate professionals in any market. In fact, as of late 2014, less than 100 individuals nationwide have achieved this certification. 


Considered the most respected realtors in their individual markets, CSHPs have completed extensive prerequisite coursework and an in-depth assessment. As such, we are far more equipped than general real estate agents to serve as knowledgeable consultants and professional partners throughout a late in life move. In addition to the CSHP designation, Rhyne and Tonya Gamble also have successfully completed coursework for the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation offered by the National Association of Realtors.
